Filling out Area Book, Negative Vibes, Funny Pics, and Strange Beliefs

QotD: “Don’t you come preaching religion to me.” And then afterwards, “Never park in my parking lot again.” It speaks for itself, doesn’t it?

Despite the ominous quote, today was not a bad day. We did a lot. A missionary day is a lot, it seems like several days have past because when you try to remember an event that happened, and then find out that it happened that day, you just can’t believe it.

I’m writing so small because I just got done filling out my teaching records and you really need to write small to make your entry for the visit mean something. I like the area book. It is an awesome way to keep the missionaries notified of what’s been happening in an area, or with a person. If the missionaries that had been there earlier filled them out well, then you know exactly what is happening with the members.

I’m glad that it is Sunday. We don’t have a day off on Sunday but we do get to sort of rest, and it means that Preparation Day is so close by (Monday). Today has been a strange day for me. I’ve kind of felt like some evil something had taken hold of my attitude. I asked Elder McLaws if we could pray and we did in the car after an appointment.

Elder McLaws got a picture of me with/holding a case of empty beer bottles. We offered to help a lady take her recyclables to her car. She believes in WICKEN-which is latin for ridiculous. She said she believes in mother earth. She still had a belief in God, still, but not in the way that we believe. I got a picture of Elder McLaws on a skateboard in Church clothes.

GOOD DAY
